A 3 lift Novice Competition for those who lift and want to challenge themselves in a fun, friendly and non-competitive environment, while experiencing the Competition requirements for powerlifting in a safe environment.
Lifting starts 1pm sharp.
Entry Fee for lifters $50, Spectators Free
Catering by SCAD's CRUISIN' CAFE from midday.
