What's On Mildura aims to provide a single place for local residents, visitors and potential visitors to find out about events happening in the region.

An initiative of the Mildura Rural City Council and Mildura Regional Development, What's On Mildura lists events within our local area and the surrounding region including the Wentworth Shire.

It is free to list an event.

Commercial businesses are welcome to post events, however it is not a platform to advertise products or services offered by their business.

The following guidelines apply for event listings:

• Event information will be transferred from other public websites or event organisers may upload information regarding their event.
• It is the responsibility of the event organiser to ensure appropriate approvals are in place prior to listing their event (i.e. permission to use the venue).
• The event must be open to the general public and have broad appeal.
• If the event is being delivered online, the content must be available to everyone in the Mildura region.
• Event organisers must include the event date and time, an accurate description of the event, organiser contact details and a good quality image.
• The event organiser must not include images that may be offensive, inappropriate or in violation of copyright laws.
• Event details submitted must be up to date and accurate. It is the responsibility of the event organiser to manage their event listing. Updates can be submitted using the online form or will be carried through automatically when the listing on other public websites.
• An event will not be listed if it:

• adversely affects Mildura Rural City Council's public image or reputation
• conflicts with Council's values, policies or statutory responsibilities
• is overtly political in nature, offensive, abusive or racist
• is a sales promotion or special offer

Events are reviewed, removed or added to the calendar in accordance with these guidelines and the What's on Mildura team reserves the right to edit or decline any event.

Information on the calendar is shared from other sources and the owners of 'What's On Mildura' are not responsible for views or opinions expressed or errors or omissions in the information shared.

By publishing events to the calendar the What's on Mildura team are not necessarily endorsing the event.

The What's On Mildura team carefully reviews events when they're received, making sure we continue to deliver a high quality site. Listings may be edited for style and length. We try to review and publish events in a timely manner, however this is not always possible.

Featured events

Featured events are highlighted at the top of the home page of the calendar. These events are updated frequently and we cannot guarantee how long an event will be featured.

The featured events are generally Council sponsored, Council run or are likely to enhance the visitor experience in Mildura.

Whether or not an event is featured is at the discretion of the What's On Mildura team.
