Would you like to better understand what is required of you as an NDIS service provider regarding report writing and evidence gathering opportunities? This workshop will focus on the use of language and structure, mechanisms to creatively obtain person-centred evidence over time, making linkages between clinical recommendations and observed capacity and how to communicate a person’s demonstration of concerning behaviour in the context of their disability.
