9:00am - Walk 4km starts
9:05am - Run 5km starts
Walk 4km from Lock 11 towards Mildura Bridge, 2km turning point is the car park under the Mildura Bridge.
Run 5km from Lock 11 towards Apex Park, with a 1km, 2km & 2.5km turning point.
